in each every word you described our beloved CAPTAIN STEFANO RAVERA is truly heartfelt feeling of PRIDE working with him, indeed. In addition to your wonderful long memoirs at sea/ports of call on board M/V TAHITIAN PRINCESS our very famous and beautiful floating WHITE LADY likewise crewmembers do feel the security and peace of HOME AWAY FROM HOME under his command.
Madame, wishful i had the chance to serve you to make the most of your cruise DIFFERENCE, I was on board year 2007 assigned in deck 7 AFT starboardside as Stateroom Stewardess. Hope to meet you in one of your future cruises.

HI, I was delighted to find your site and excellent writing about your Tahitian Princess Alaska cruise. My husband, daughter, and I were on the Tahitian cruise just ahead of yours, from August 8-22. We did several of the same tours that you did and especially enjoyed the Summer Sled Dog Camp at Skagway, the train at Skagway, the Whale Watching at Juneau, and an all-day boat tour at Valdez (with a glacier closeup, fishing, seals, lots of birds, and interesting tales about the area).
We unfortunately missed seeing Victoria due to a bad storm with 20' waves, which made for a very exciting dining experience that evening. I discovered that I don't get seasick, but apparently many other guests opted out of dining (lobster night) that night.
We loved our time (first cruise ever) aboard the Tahitian and hope to travel aboard the ship again within a year.
Thanks.
Martha,
AKGloryBelle
